Looking for someone to take over our lease!
$700 a month, all bills paid (no utility cap, you would pay internet and/or cable), no smoking, 1 small dog allowed--WITH APPROVAL OF LANDLORD
2 bedroom house, large living room, extra large kitchen, washer and dryer in basement. New stove was put in a month ago.
We will be moving out February 1st, so February rent will be paid for you and you can move in as soon as we are cleared out! Lease would be through May.  Landlord only wants students.
