Year round, full timeMonday-Saturday, some Sunday’s or half day Sunday’s. 8:30am till days work is done, normally 6:00pmNeeds to be a self starter, fine with working alone most of the time, and have past experience with references. None smoker!Valid drivers licenseFurnished house available, outside pets.Duties include:-feeding cattle with mixer wagon 6 months out of the year, using a tractor for big rounds grinding hay, grinding grain.-rolling out straw, filling hay feeders-breaking pond and tank ice with a axe, hauling water -driving tandom grain truck for harvest-fixing fence, building hotwire-thiseling-needs to be able to basic service equipment, helpful if you have basic mechanic knowledge -able to help round up and sort cattle-experience driving a truck/livestock trailer or 10 bale hay trailer -having basic knowledge of knowing signs of sickness/foot rot/pink eye/lameness/calving troubles/bloat is helpful.-ideally person would also have experience with swathing, raking, baling grass & alfalfa, row stacking bales.If interested please call Linda Wilson 785-647-6741. 9am-8pm central timeLocated Burr Oak, Kansas
