Tenants pay portion of the utility bills. Unit will be available June 1, 2019 for a 12 month lease.  Rent = $800/month for 3 people.

Basement Level: Downstaits is a 2-3 bedroom clean basement house apartment. It has one bathroom, kitchen with appliances, central heat/air. The unit has separate private access off to side of the home. Some off-street parking in rear of the home. Tenants pay a portion of the bills. Unit will be available June 1, 2019 for a 12 month lease. Rent is $525/month.

Pets allowed with prior approval and discussion with us first. At this time I do not have pictures of the basement unit. Responsible landlord.
