Brand new cabinet. I bought this as part of a set of garage cabinets. This was the last one that I unboxed after installing the other ones, and I had run out of room in the space I was using the cabinets. Because it was part of the package set, it was not returnable. I discovered it was damaged when I unboxed it. Comes with all hardware that it was shipped with (including foot brackets, door handles, bolts, keys, etc.). Damage can be seen in pictures. Cabinet retails for over $500.
