Just recently built this here 1000 gallon smoker wich we built for an Advertising piece for my welding business and we have had a blast with the big ole girl there is only a 25 degree variance in the 16 foot long cooking chamber it's all 3/8ths wall thickness I'm making arrangements to mount this monster on a 18 foot long gooseneck trailer trades are considered but I would prefer cash offers in my hand.......smaller sized smokers are available upon request and we also offer commercial welding services call text or message me on here with any questions that you may have
