The other 3 rooms are occupied by friendly and easy-going college aged males. This room is open to both males and females.It is all one house so the kitchen is shared. The open bedroom is downstairs and will be shared with the other downstairs roommate. There are very large living rooms both upstairs and downstairs. Washer and dryer are both included. There is also a 1 car garage that is used for storage, but there is plenty of off street parking. Rent is $300 plus bills. The other tenants are very conservative with bills so they shouldn’t exceed $75 per month.
