This Park Avenue is unbelievably well taken care of and appears it was driven only 7000 miles per year since 1999, because it is like it has never been used.

Interior 9.5/10. Spotless gray leather, and fully functional accessories throughout, the lone non-working item is one of the backlights is out on one HVAC button.

Exterior 9/10 -
This car is the pinnacle of an era with its amenities, including ashtrays and cigarette lighters for all occupants, turn signal activated turning headlights, 3 Zone Climate Control, Twighlight Senitel Automatic Headlights, Etc.

I want to keep it but I have way to many cars and RV's right now and have to learn to let go even if the car is a gem like this one.
3800 V6 Starts Readily, A/C Cold,
Shocks and Tires Good, Drives well, and rides smooth enough that you can set your water cup on the floor between the two front seats and it won't spill even when driving across Denver! It rides that Smooth.
