We have a shop-built wire winder for sale. It has a 208 cc commercial Kohler engine with a three-year warranty and greasable Timken bearings.  Very simple to use. Not terribly heavy . . . small enough to fit in the back of a UTV or compact pickup. 

The winding speed is roughly 240 feet per minute, depending on engine rpm and how full the reel is.
