Logan County Manor in Oakley, Kansas has an immediate full time opening for a Social Service Designee.  The SSD is responsible for working with a health care team providing social service related needs for our residents.  We are a 32 bed facility that offers person-centered care and a great staff to resident ratio.  We strive to provide our residents a home-like environment.
