Our HR team is busy with recruitment efforts and expansion projects and we could use your help!

Currently interviewing for a Recruitment Coordinator with a background in the Healthcare industry. We are looking for someone who can manage the full-cycle recruitment processes and create procedures for efficiencies, procedures, and transitions for the recruitment cycle. Developing and maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates and the community is vital in this role. Someone with excellent computer skills including applicant tracking systems, Microsoft programs, and internet/ research skills would be an outstanding complement to this position.

Recruitment, as I'm sure you know... involves a bit of salesmanship. Strong leadership and persuasive qualities are necessary for building a robust recruiting program. If you are full of creativity and you like to step outside of the box once in a while, we are looking for you! Additional qualifications include the ability to work independently on projects and autonomously being able to problem-solve. Taking ownership of your work, being a team player, and maintaining consistent collaboration with key stakeholders will be key in this role. You will likely be completing various crossover generalist projects, as well.

Being that we are a Critical Access Hospital in rural Kansas with 4 outlying clinics, we need someone with a background in Healthcare. It is such a unique industry that has many nuances and requirements and the expertise from an HR standpoint is critical to making sure we deliver the high standard of patient care that we believe in.
