This time share is located in Pagosa Springs, Colorado, for week 27, which is normally the week of July 4th.  It's a two-unit condo (A & B Sides).  "A" Side includes a full kitchen, dining area, and living room with a sofa sleeper, fireplace with deck, master bedroom, and full bath.  "B" side has a small kitchenette and living area with a sofa sleeper, bedroom, and full bath.

These units are located on the 7th Hole of the Scottish Links Golf Course.  Great resort with amenities, including activity center with basketball courts, raquetball courts, weights, pool, paddle boats nearby, fishing, hiking, white-water rafting, 1 hour from Durango, 2 hours from Taos, New Mexico, and great skiing at Wolf Creek Ski Area.

The "A" Side Unit would rent for $150 per night.
