Under the supervision of the Communications Center Supervisor, the Assisted Parking customer service representative greets, directs and informs patients/customers of hospital and community services; assists patients/customers in and out of vehicles; parks and retrieves vehicles; reports suspicious and policy non compliance; documents and logs daily activity; monitors and maintains entrance for cleanliness.
