Taking appointments for beef and pork processing this summer and winter. Selling beef quarters, halves and wholes for $3.50/lb. hanging weight (pork $3/lb.) and we pay for all of the processing costs. The hanging weight is the weight after slaughter but before processing. A whole weighs 600-800 lbs. and will cost $2000 to $2800 with quarters and halves accordingly, this is your total price, no other costs. (Pork whole around 200 pounds and costs approximately $600)

All of our beef is born, raised and fattened on our farm. We do not use hormones or antibiotics. Our cattle spend the majority of their lives grazing forage then move to the fattening pens for finishing.

If you are going to stock up on beef don't save a few dollars and do so with lower quality meat, buy the best in the world!

We do plan to have grass finished and Wagyu (grain finished) beef available. Grass-fed/finished and Wagyu beef will be $5/lb. hanging weight. We have pork and lamb available for $3/lb. hanging weight.
