Bloo has been spotted a few times but is very skittish and was unable to be caught; We are urging people to call animal control and then text or call us. They can get over there faster and are well-equipped to catch him.

Bloo went missing around September 11th, 2023 when he slipped out the door without our knowledge. He is strictly an indoor cat and is unfamiliar with the Hays area as we just moved out here in May 2023. Bloo is a therapy cat (not ESA) who is trained to ease anxiety/panic attacks and to alert people/ stay nearby during narcoleptic episodes. His disappearance has caused our family emotional distress as well as those closest to us.

He has been spotted in various areas around Hays

•On porches & lawns (where he ran away before he was caught)

• 4th, 6th, & 7th street

• Cody Avenue

• and possibly 27th street
