Clinic Manager/Project Director 

The Clinic Manager/Project Director will lead the daily operations of the FQHC and ensure the provision of patient-centered healthcare services.  The FQHC is an integral component of the overall Sheridan County Health Complex organization.  This position reports to the Chief Executive Officer, while also being responsible for implementing, monitoring, and reporting to the FQHC Board of Directors on their established goals and objectives.  Interprets, leads, and complies with the FQHC mission, vision, goals, policies, CMS, and HRSA program requirements while demonstrating strong leadership and effective communication.  Maintains and develops relationships with HRSA program officer and grants management specialist.  Responsible for compliance and stewardship of federal funds.
