Position: Online Sales Associate

Type: Part Time Position

Salary/Pay: Based On Experience / From 12/hr.

Hours: Approx. 15-30 Hours Per Week

General Summary:
Our retail associates are responsible for the daily sales activities within the store. This is a customer facing position, so previous customer service experience is preferred. Retail associates also work with customers to take interest payments and redeem pawned items.

Available work hours range: Monday-Saturday, 10a-6p.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Keep accurate records of inventory, pawns, and interest payments

• Day to day sales operations of the store

• Packing and shipping items sold online

• Listing items on eBay, Facebook, Gunbroker and Classified services

• Purchasing and pawning items from customers

Qualifications and Experience:

• Organized, detail oriented, and self-motivated

• Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation

• Willingness to develop professionally

• Problem solving abilities and ability to meet reasonable deadlines

• Experience with Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

• Experience with electronics, music equipment, tools, and firearms is a plus

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Desire to continually learn and grow, must be teachable

• Ability to calmly listen and explain terms to customers

• Ability to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

• Must be able to pass a background check

Working Conditions / Requirements:

• Professional retail environment

• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Must have reliable transportation to work

• Must be able to work Saturdays

Education:

• High school or equivalent
