Flatlander Pawn and Gun is looking for a full time retail associate. Full time position for approximately 38-40 hours per week.  Pay will be based on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the day to day operations of in store sales

• Assist in the day to day operations of online sales

• Assist in the arrangement, maintenance, appearance, and display of merchandise

• Assist with phone calls

• Assist with purchasing inventory on a daily basis

• Assist with providing collateral loans to customers (pawns)

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented, organized, and self motivated
• Good descriptive writing skills
• Willingness to learn
• Experience with selling on Ebay preferred
• Knowledge of firearms preferred
• Previous sales experience
• Knowledge of electronics and electronic devices such as iPods, laptops, tablets, iPads, iPhones, Android phones, TV's, and video game systems
• Knowledge of musical equipment such as instruments, guitars, amps, drums, and accessories

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must have valid driver's license
