Russell Regional Hospital, a Critical Access Hospital, is currently seeking a full-time CFO.  The successful candidate must have strong accounting skills and will be responsible for managing the operations of the Finance Department.  This position will oversee budget preparation and will assure financial and statistical information is reported accurately, timely and consistently.   The candidate must show strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work collaboratively with other staff.

 Candidates must have experience in a Critical Access Hospital.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience. Benefits package includes vacation and sick pay, health insurance, life and disability insurance and pension.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

• Minimum of 3-5 years finance experience in a healthcare setting
