This Agreement is between you and Nex-Tech, LLC, with corporate headquarters located at 145 North Main, Lenora, KS 67645, hereinafter referred to as "Nex-Tech Classifieds." This Privacy Policy describes Nex-Tech Classifieds' collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information on the www.nextechclassifieds.com website (the "Site"), the mobile app (the "App"), and anywhere else we display this Privacy Policy (collectively "Services"). By using Nex-Tech Classifieds' Services or registering for an account, you are accepting the terms of this Privacy Policy and Nex-Tech Classifieds' User Agreement, and you are consenting to Nex-Tech Classifieds' collection, use, disclosure, retention and protection of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the Services or register an account. This Privacy Policy incorporates the NexTech Classifieds' User Agreement by reference. If you do not provide the required information, Nex-Tech Classifieds may not be able to provide all of its Services to you.

Data Collection

You can browse the Site without creating an account. Once you sign up for an account, you are no longer anonymous to Nex-Tech Classifieds' employees or other users. By creating an account, you are providing consent to the storage and transfer of any related data to third parties as needed to provide services to you.

Potential Data Collected:

Email address, phone numbers, address, username, password, profile photo, IP address, location, usage and web log data (e.g., if you favorite a listing, then that preference will be saved to your account).
When communicating with other users, all messages sent or received via the Site are stored and archived.
Any data required to connect to third-party sites, e.g., Facebook, Twitter, etc., and, from your third-party profile, according to your preferences (see Third-Party Sites below for more information).
As an account holder, credit card (credit card number, CVV number) and billing information (name and address) will be collected.

We may collect this data if you register for an account with us, if you post a listing, if you communicate with us, or automatically while you are using the Services.

Use of Data Collected

Nex-Tech Classifieds may use the personal information collected to accomplish business purposes including:

to provide you with the services you request or purchase;
for security, credit or fraud prevention and detection purposes;
to provide you with effective customer service;
to communicate with you;
to provide you with a personalized experience;
to display personalized advertising when you use the Services;
to contact you with special offers and other information Nex-Tech Classifieds believes will be of interest to you;
to contact you with information and notices related to your use of the Services or your purchases;
to invite you to participate in surveys and provide feedback to us;
to better understand your needs and interests;
to improve the content, functionality and usability of the Services;
to conduct analysis and related activities;
to improve our marketing and promotional efforts;
to improve the Site and the Services;
to comply with legal obligations;
to protect our legal rights; and
to detect, prevent, mitigate and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities.

Retention of Data

Nex-Tech Classifieds retains your personal information as long as it is necessary and relevant for its operations. In addition, Nex-Tech Classifieds may retain personal information from closed accounts to comply with applicable laws, prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigation, enforce Nex-Tech Classifieds' User Agreement and take other actions permitted or required by applicable laws.

Information Disclosure

We may from time to time contract with service providers to provide services to us (e.g., our third-party advertising companies). Nex-Tech Classifieds may disclose personal information to respond to legal requirements, enforce Nex-Tech Classifieds' policies, respond to claims that a listing or other content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone's rights, property or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. As our business continues to evolve, we may wish to sell or buy subsidiaries or business units. In such transactions, customer information (including personal information), generally, is one of the transferred business assets, but remains subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. In addition, Nex-Tech Classifieds may share your aggregated information as described in the Marketing Data section below.

Security

Nex-Tech Classifieds will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect your information using technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risk of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Some of the safeguards used are firewalls and data encryption, physical access controls to Nex-Tech Classifieds' data centers and information access authorization controls. Marketing Data

Nex-Tech Classifieds reserves the right to anonymize data for statistical reporting.

Nex-Tech Classifieds uses third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Site. These companies may use aggregated information (not including your name, address, email address or telephone number) about your visits to the Site and other websites in order to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Third Party Sites

We may provide links on the Site to third-party websites we think may be of interest to you, including plug-ins that link to social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, and Instagram. These websites are independent from Nex-Tech Classifieds and have their own separate privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of such third-party websites. Whenever you click on links on the Site that take you to a third-party website, you will be subject to the third-party's privacy policies. We recommend that you review the third-party's privacy polices before you visit these websites. Nex-Tech Classifieds may offer single sign-on services that allow you to use third-party login credentials to sign into the Site. With your permission, Nex-Tech Classifieds may also transfer profile information contained in your third-party profile. Additionally, Nex-Tech Classifieds may, for your use, enable you to import information about who you are connected to, as well as enable you to share information with those third-party sites. If you wish to discontinue such sharing, you will be able to do so through your My Account area.

Do-Not-Track & Third-Party Tracking Disclosures

Some websites have "do not track" features that allow you to tell a website not to track you. These features are not all uniform. The Site does not currently respond to browser based "do not track" signals. We contract with service providers to serve or send advertisements on our behalf. We work with these advertising service providers that collect information across various channels for purposes of delivering more relevant advertising to you. Our advertising providers may place or recognize a cookie on your computer or device. These service providers may link the aggregate data they collect to the cookie stored on your browser or device such as your IP address, browser or operating system type and version. These service providers use this information to recognize you across different channels and platforms over time for advertising, analytics, attribution and reporting purposes.

Your CCPA Rights and How to Exercise Them

If you are a California resident, you have certain rights pursuant to the CCPA. These CCPA rights may only apply in certain circumstances and are subject to certain exemptions. Please note that Nex-Tech Classifieds may ask for certain information to verify the request in accordance with applicable law.

Right to Know. You have the right to request that we disclose Personal Information NexTech Classifieds collects, uses and/or sells about you. To exercise this right, submit your request by sending an email to info@nextechclassifieds.com or by phone at 877-344-2037.
Right to Delete. You have the right to delete personal information that Nex-Tech Classifieds collects or maintains about you. To exercise this right, submit your request using the webform at https://www.nextechclassifieds.com/ccpa or by sending an email to info@nextechclassifieds.com. You will be required to provide certain information which Nex-Tech Classifieds will use to verify your request. Please note that certain exceptions apply to this right, such as when Nex-Tech Classifieds must retain your information to comply with law. Nex-Tech Classifieds will notify you of any such exceptions as applicable to your request.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale. You have the right to opt out or ask a business not to sell your personal information.
Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment by Nex-Tech Classifieds for the exercise of any of your CCPA rights. However, NexTech Classifieds may offer certain financial incentives, charge reasonable fees related to your requests, or deny your right to know, right to request deletion, or right to opt out of sale in accordance with applicable law.

You can exercise your CCPA rights yourself or you can designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. Your authorized agent must be able to demonstrate authority to act on your behalf as further instructed when submitting a verifiable request.

Notice to Residents of Countries Outside the United States

Nex-Tech Classifieds is based in the United States. Personal information may be accessed by us or transferred to us in the United States or to our corporate affiliates, business partners or service providers elsewhere in the world. If you are located outside of the United States, be advised that any information you provide to us will be transferred to and stored in the United States and that by submitting information to us, you explicitly authorize its transfer and storage within the United States. We will protect the privacy and security of personal information according to this Privacy Policy regardless of where it is processed or stored.

Changes

Nex-Tech Classifieds' Privacy Policy may be amended at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. All amended terms take place automatically. Nex-Tech Classifieds will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page.
